Our Story.
Carla and Jonathon met in Southwest Florida in the year 2020. By embracing their unique backgrounds, supporting each other's goals, and fostering open communication, they committed to build a strong and fulfilling life together as a couple from different states. After their wedding Carla moved to Texas in support of Jonathon's career in the oil field.
In 2022 they welcomed their first born, Arianna. Growing their family encouraged and empowered them to strive for professional fulfillment outside of corporate America. By leveraging their shared hunger for growth and commitment to spend more time together with their daughter, they aligned their vision for a business. They defined their goals, values, and aspirations together, and established a clear understanding of what success looked like in their future.
They embraced a mindset of continuous learning and improvement by receiving mentorship from a family member who is a professional realtor and real estate investor in Gloucester, Massachusetts.
Their families great achievement with property performance allowed Carla and Jonathon to tap into a legacy of knowledge and expertise. They have received invaluable support, guidance, and resources as they navigate the complexities of the industry. By following their families footsteps and building upon their achievements, they leverage their legacy to propel their co-hosting business forward and continue the family tradition of success.
In January of 2024 Carla and Jonathon joined in a Short Term Rental Secret mastermind course which allowed them to further their education and connect with professional short-term rental experts. They realized the potential to partner up with property owners to offer comprehensive hospitality services with a focus on helping investors maximize revenue, and Cascada Group Management was formed!
